AurumKit is a product operated by YesCapt. This Privacy Policy explains how AurumKit (“AurumKit”, “we”, “us” or “the Service”) handles information when you visit or use aurumkit.com and its tools.

1. Information we process today

AurumKit does not currently require registration and does not intentionally collect personal information through user accounts, contact forms, payment forms or newsletter subscriptions.

When you access AurumKit, hosting, networking and security providers used to operate the Service may automatically process technical information necessary to deliver and protect the website. This can include:

Currency preference stored in your browser

AurumKit stores your selected currency locally in your browser using local storage. This preference is used only to remember your display choice and improve usability. It is not currently used for advertising, profiling or behavioural tracking.

If you email us, we may process your email address and any information you voluntarily include in your message in order to respond and maintain appropriate records.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

AurumKit does not currently intentionally use advertising cookies, behavioural-tracking cookies or analytics cookies.

The Service currently uses browser local storage for functional preferences such as the selected currency. Infrastructure providers may also use strictly necessary technical mechanisms for networking, security and service delivery.

If AurumKit later introduces analytics, advertising, user accounts or other non-essential tracking technologies, this Privacy Policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated before or when those features are introduced.

4. Third-party service providers

AurumKit currently relies on third-party providers for hosting, networking, security and market-data functionality. These providers may process limited technical information where necessary to deliver their services.

Market-data requests are made server-to-server by AurumKit. Visitors do not currently need to contact the market-data provider directly from their browser in order to use the calculators.

5. Sale of personal data

AurumKit does not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

6. International data transfers

Some service providers used by AurumKit may process technical data in countries outside your country of residence. Where required by applicable data-protection law, appropriate transfer safeguards may apply through those providers and their contractual arrangements.

7. Data retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, including operational, security, legal and compliance needs.

Technical logs may be retained by infrastructure providers according to their own retention policies and service configurations. Emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain appropriate business records.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent where relevant, and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

AurumKit does not currently use personal data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on users.

10. Children

AurumKit is a general informational and calculation service and is not specifically directed at children. The Service currently provides no user registration or account system.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to operate and protect AurumKit. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as AurumKit evolves, including if we add analytics, advertising, accounts, payments or other data-processing activities. The revision date at the top indicates the current version.
