AurumKit is a product operated by YesCapt. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of aurumkit.com, including its calculators, market-price displays, conversion tools and related services.

1. Purpose of AurumKit

AurumKit provides informational tools relating to gold and potentially other precious metals. The Service may include live or delayed market prices, value calculators, purity calculations, weight conversions, mixed-gold calculations, offer comparisons and professional precious-metal tools.

2. No financial, investment, legal or tax advice

Nothing on AurumKit constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice or legal advice. Users remain responsible for their own decisions.

3. Market prices and calculations

Prices displayed by AurumKit may be obtained from third-party market-data providers and may be delayed, incomplete, rounded, temporarily unavailable or different from prices offered by exchanges, refiners, jewellers, bullion dealers or other market participants.

Calculator results are estimates based on the inputs provided by the user and the data available to AurumKit. Results are not guaranteed purchase prices, sale prices, settlement values or professional assays.

4. Gold purity and physical characteristics

Actual precious-metal value may depend on verified purity, assay results, weight accuracy, alloy composition, refining losses, dealer margins, commissions, taxes, shipping, insurance, collectible value and local market conditions.

AurumKit cannot inspect or verify the physical characteristics of an item entered into a calculator.

5. Third-party data and services

Some AurumKit functionality depends on third-party market data and infrastructure. We do not guarantee that third-party services will always be accurate, uninterrupted or available.

6. Acceptable use

You may use AurumKit for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not intentionally interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorised access, perform abusive automated requests, circumvent technical restrictions, use the Service for unlawful activity, or reproduce AurumKit as a competing service without permission.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the AurumKit name, branding, design, software, original text, calculators and other original content are owned or controlled by YesCapt. Third-party names, trademarks and data remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Availability

AurumKit is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be modified, suspended or discontinued. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, infrastructure issues, market-data availability or circumstances outside our control.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AurumKit is provided without warranties that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular financial or commercial purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, YesCapt and AurumKit will not be responsible for losses resulting solely from reliance on estimated market values, calculations, delayed market data or decisions made using information displayed by the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

These Terms may be updated as AurumKit evolves or legal requirements change. The revision date shown above indicates the current version.
